Harrison is a member of the Business and Property Group at No5 and accepts instructions in all areas of intellectual property and IT law. He appears in the County Court and High Court on a variety of trials and interlocutory hearings. He acts in small claim, fast track, and multi-track cases at all stages and represents both individuals and corporate clients.
Prior to joining No5, Harrison worked as a paralegal to the Chief Executive of a large Midlands law firm, specialising in commercial and banking law. As a result, he has a keen understanding of the business needs facing companies and partnerships.
During his time as a paralegal, Harrison worked alongside an international technology company on their potential remedies following breaches of copyright and intellectual property rights.
Harrison also undertook an internship in the legal department of an international air transport technology company. He gained exposure to commercial contracts concerning the sale and purchase of IT and software systems.
