Harpreet prosecutes and defends in grave and complex cases. He has particular expertise in cases of alleged fraud. He is an extremely industrious practitioner and is, therefore, entirely suited to complicated cases in which the amount of evidence to be considered is vast.
Before Harpreet took silk (in his fifteenth year of practice), he was appointed at level 4 to the CPS’ Fraud Panel.
