Francesca has acted as Counsel for families of the deceased, Insurers and other interested parties in the Coroners Court. She also accepts instructions to advise as to the prospects of subsequent civil litigation as appropriate following the Inquest.

A complex inquest involving the Health and Safety Executive before a jury spanning over 6 days, touching the death by crushing of a fork lift truck driver at an industrial park.
