Matrimonial Finance
Femi specialises in financial remedies disputes. He acts in the full range of financial remedies disputes, including maintenance applications, section 37 MCA applications and enforcement applications. Femi has acted in a number of legally and factually complex disputes involving substantial sums.
Private law
Femi acts in all private law disputes. He has acted in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, parental alienation, international relocation and child abduction.
Cohabitant disputes
Femi acts in Schedule 1 application and in TLATA disputes. He is able to bring his experience of acting in civil law disputes involving trust and estoppel claims to his TLATA dispute practice.
Public law
Femi also acts in public law proceedings. Representing parents, local authorities and children. He has been instructed in a wide range of cases involving non-accidental injuries, serious sexual abuse, chronic neglect, parental alienation and serious physical abuse.
