Femi accepts instructions nationally in financial remedy, private law and cohabitant disputes. He provides clients with practical advice and is able put complex issues into plain language, focusing on achieving the best outcome for his clients, whether by negotiation or at trial.

Femi has represented a broad range of clients, including those that are vulnerable.  He has a personable approach and is effective at putting those he represents ease.  

Financial Remedies Proceedings 

Femi specialises in financial remedies disputes. He acts in the full range of financial remedies applications (including those with an international element) and in cases with assets ranging from modest to substantial. Femi’s experience enables him to approach cases involving complex factual and legal issues with confidence and skill. 

In addition, Femi also acts in enforcement applications arising out financial remedy orders and acts in application under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Private law 

Femi acts in all private law disputes. He has acted in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, parental alienation, international relocation and child abduction. 

Cohabitant disputes 

Femi acts in TLATA disputes. He is able to bring his previous experience in acting in civil and commercial disputes to the TLATA case he is instructed on.
