Esther is a specialist in personal injury work.
She has particular interest in and knowledge of occupational disease work and has considerable expertise in the issues, both legal and medical, which characterise these claims. She has experience of all areas of industrial disease work, including:-
Occupational noise-induced deafness, Hand-arm vibration syndrome, WRULDs, Occupational asthma, Occupational stress, Asbestos-related conditions
In addition to acting at interim hearings, including preliminary hearings on limitation, and at trial in both fast and multi-track matters, she regularly advises clients in writing and in conference, and has wide experience drafting pleadings in all nature of occupational disease claims.
Esther regularly represents bereaved families and other interested parties at inquests. She also advises on and acts in CRU appeals.
She regularly gives seminars to both solicitors and insurers on occupational disease-related topics.
