Within her private children work, she has represented parents and 16.4 guardians. Eleanor’s experience encompasses a wide variety of issues including serious domestic violence, allegations of sexual abuse, parental alienation, covert recording and substance abuse. Eleanor has represented parties through multi-day fact-finding hearings addressing sensitive issues and contentious points of law.
