- Catastrophic RTA claim in which Claimant was sustained severe brain injury and was rendered tetraplegic
- Catastrophic RTA claim involving pedestrian in late middle age suffered catastrophic brain injuries resulting in the need for lifelong round the clock care and supervision.
- Catastrophic RTA claim involving 18 year old woman who sustained a severe brain injury and requires constant care and supervision.
- Polytrauma RTA claim involving young women whose injuries include lower limb threatening arterial damage
- Fatal RTA involving death of former professional cyclist during an event and very high value loss of dependency claim
- Accident at work involving serious lower limb threatening multiple fractures
- Accident at work claim involving trans-humeral amputation of upper limb.
- Accident at work claim involving fall from height and traumatic cauda equina injury
- David is instructed as Leading Counsel for the Claimant Purchase in the conjoined appeals due to be heard by the Supreme Court in the case of Paul v The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and other appeals. This is a case of potential significance to secondary victim claims in both personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
