David has experience of most types of personal injury claims involving serious or catastrophic or fatal injuries. As well as specialising in serious injury litigation, David also specialises in clinical negligence. His experience of both types of litigation adds to his background knowledge of medical issues relevant to serious injury litigation. David has experience of claims involving difficult and/or novel procedural points and appeals against decisions of the MIB.

- Catastrophic RTA claim in which Claimant was sustained severe brain injury and was rendered tetraplegic
- Catastrophic RTA claim involving pedestrian in late middle age suffered catastrophic brain injuries resulting in the need for lifelong round the clock care and supervision.
- Catastrophic RTA claim involving 18 year old woman who sustained a severe brain injury and requires constant care and supervision.
- Polytrauma RTA claim involving young women whose injuries include lower limb threatening arterial damage
- Fatal RTA involving death of former professional cyclist during an event and very high value loss of dependency claim
- Accident at work involving serious lower limb threatening multiple fractures
- Accident at work claim involving trans-humeral amputation of upper limb.
- Accident at work claim involving fall from height and traumatic cauda equina injury
