David will be appointed Queen’s Counsel in March 2021 following his successful application for silk in the 2020 competition.
David has long and extensive experience of appearing at Coroners inquests, usually on behalf of families of the Deceased and in particular in relation to potential personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
David has been consistently recommended as a leading barrister for clinical negligence cases.
