David has significant experience in serious criminal cases, acting both for prosecution and defence. He is a Grade 3 prosecutor, is on the CPS list and is on the Midland and Oxford and South East Circuits.
David has experience of inquiries, trade marks, licence applications, DTI investigations, serious fraud cases and serious sexual abuse cases.
David is a Yarborough-Anderson Scholar of the Inner Temple.
