Celina Colquhoun is a member of the Licensing, Planning and Public Law Groups within No5 Chambers. She practises in all areas of Licensing, Planning and Environmental and Local Government law.
She has specific experience of licensing matters both prior to and post the changes wrought by the Licensing Act 2003 as well as being familiar with the more recent regulatory changes to the licensing of SEVs..
She has been instructed by a wide range of clients both from the leisure and entertainment industry and licensing authorities and in particular, sat on and advised the licensing committee of Wokingham District Council.
She has considerable experience of appearing at hearings on behalf of applicants for premises licences at reviews and in the Magistrates court on appeal. She also regularly appears in the High Court on related matters.
