Catherine is instructed on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in small claims and fast track matters in interim and final hearings. Since joining Chambers in October 2011 as pupil to Karl Hirst, she has been exposed to a wide range of personal injury work including:
- Road traffic accidents
- Highways Act claims
- Employers’ liability
- Occupiers’ liability
- Claims under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976 and Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1934. She is happy to work on a conditional fee basis where appropriate.
Catherine has experience dealing with claims which involve credit hire charges.
