During the early stages of pupillage, Catherine spent a significant amount of time in the Employment Tribunal observing more senior members of chambers. She has since been developing her own employment law practice and has successfully represented both Claimants and Respondents in interim and final hearings.
She has experience of a variety of areas of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE.
