Carole has been instructed in a variety of international arbitrations and advises and acts in commercial disputes with an international element. She has particular experience of dispute resolution involving issues of trade law.
Carole is a fluent Mandarin speaker and frequently advises in relation to matters involving Chinese parties. She is the main author of Schmitthoff: The Law and Practice of International Trade, published by Sweet and Maxwell.
