Anne has been practising exclusively in family law since 1988, and specialising particularly in Ancillary Relief following Divorce and Judicial Separation.
Cases routinely involve very substantial assets, corporate assets, and cases raising complex issues relating to land and farming matters, and foreign property.
Financial expertise extends also to cases relating to : i) financial provision on termination of cohabitation; ii) the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996; iii) Applications under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989, relating to children of unmarried parents; iv) claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
