Scope of practice
Alex practices in all areas of immigration law.
He takes instructions on matters of business immigration law, and the points based system.
Given his background in human rights, he is able to offer strategic advice as to the best way of proceeding with an application in this regard. He also advises and represents individuals in claims for international protection before the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
Alex is happy to undertake work on an urgent basis where required and has experience of obtaining emergency injunctions to prevent removal of vulnerable clients.
