Adam specialises in Personal Injury work, Fraud and Regulatory (HSE) Crime. Adam is on the Attorney General’s Specialist Regulatory Law “A” List of Prosecuting Advocates. Adam is also on the Attorney General’s Civil (Junior Counsel to the Crown) Panel. Adam is listed in the Chambers UK Bar Directory as a “Leader in their field” for health and safety work.
Adam is a very experienced advocate with over 20 years experience of conducting cases in the County Court, Crown Court, Coroner’s Court and Magistrates’ Court.
Adam is equally experienced at acting for claimants and defendants, Adam has acted in personal injury cases with credit hire claims on a regular basis over the last 20 years, with claims for credit hire running to in excess of 50,000. Having the benefit of acting for both claimants and defendants gives Adam the advantage of understanding the legal arguments advanced by the respective parties. This is invaluable in giving sound advice on the prospects of success in a claim.
Adam regularly advises, drafts pleadings and defends fraudulent/suspicious claims arising from road traffic collisions. Adam also regularly appears at pre-trial applications, such as disclosure and strike out applications.
