The Law Behind Grammar Schools

Education Secretary, Nicky Morgan, has approved the opening of a new satellite school in Sevenoaks, Kent. This new satellite site will be 9 miles from the main site of Kent Girls' Grammar School in Tonbridge.

Concerns have been raised about this leading to a change in government policy towards selective schooling.

No5 Education barrister, Emma Sutton, has spoken to LexisNexis to discuss the implications of this decision and how this will affect the future of grammar school expansions.
