Section 106 Planning Agreements Relating to Highways

Section 106 agreements are used for a variety of purposes, including securing funding for new access roads where the current access is inadequate, other off-site highways works, and traffic-management plans. They are appropriate for the payment of money for off-site works, but they are not generally appropriate for off-site obligations. The main exceptions to this are.... (download to read more)
