Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill Second Reading

On the 13th December 2010, the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill received its second reading in the House of Commons. The Bill passed with a vote and will now be considered by a Public Bill Committee. 
 
The No5 Licensing Team has extracted all the parts of the debate that related to the Licensing provisions of the Bill, and you can now read these here (PDF).
