Laura Davidson appeared as Counsel for the Claimant in the ground-breaking judicial review case R v Hackney London Borough Council and East London NHS Foundation Trust and the Secretary of State for Health, ex parte TTM [2010] EWHC 1349 (Admin) QBD, having successfully obtained a writ of habeas corpus in earlier proceedings.
