Originally broadcast on the 20th September 2021, Jack Smyth, Howard Leithead and Sioned Davies gave a webinar on Statutory Nuisance. Statutory Nuisance is a legislative means of remedying a range of unacceptable situations.

This talk set out the issues that local authorities are most frequently required to deal with and provide practical guidance. The topics covered included common problems with abatement notices, when to seek injunctions, and recent developments in the law.
