Tim Jones ends long battle for legal Gypsy site

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

Tim Jones has obtained planning permission for a Gypsy caravan site in the West Sussex countryside where a series of applications and appeals for planning permission since 1999 had all previously failed.

Permission was granted for one permanent hard-standing pitch, and one temporary pitch under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against a refusal to grant planning permission.
