We are delighted to announce the addition of three new members of chambers.

Samantha Crabb, 1996 call, and Timothy Harrington, 1997 call, have joined the Crime Group. They will be based in Birmingham.  Formerly members of Citadel Chambers they both bring strength to the Group with established practices, both defence and prosecution, where they are Grade 4 Rasso Prosecutors.  Their clerks can be contacted through crime@no5.com

David Mason QC, Head of the Crime Group: ‘As a Criminal Group we are absolutely delighted to welcome on board two such experienced and skilled Advocates. We have known them for a long time and hoped that they would one day make the move to join these Chambers. They will add expertise and gravitas to an already growing, successful team.’

Alison Harvey,  1994 call, former Legal Director of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association, joins the Legal 500 ranked Immigration Law Group and the International Human Rights Group, and will be based in London.  Her clerks can be contacted through immigration@no5.com

Joanne Rothwell, Head of the Immigration Law Group: ‘Our presence in the field is now even further enhanced with the arrival of nationally and internationally respected Alison Harvey.  Alison's reputation as a passionate campaigner for migrant rights is well known and well respected.’
