The European Convention on Human Rights and the Crimes of the Past

On 26 February 2016, the Strasbourg Court, in conjunction with the European Society of International Law (ESIL), is holding a conference entitled The European Convention on Human Rights and the crimes of the past.

The programme includes presentations by judges from the European Court of Human Rights, as well as international law scholars.
