Marcus Marcussen, 91 of Rochford, Worcestershire, is charged with 28 counts of indecent assault and 2 charges of indecency with a child against 14 boys between 1957 and 1978.

Marcussen has pleaded not guilty at Birmingham Crown Court. He is alleged to have carried out the offences whilst working as a PE Teacher at Ilmington Road School in Weoley Castle.

The judge has granted Marcussen conditional bail to appear for trial in January.
