Sarah Buckingham Defends in Quarry Bank Manslaughter Case

A father was killed when he ran into the path of a lorry while trying to escape a man armed with a hammer, a court heard.

A man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of a dad-of-two who was hit by a truck during a violent chase.

A court heard he was running in fear as Fitzpatrick, aged 27, chased him with a hammer because of an earlier row.
