Professor Nelson Enonchong to talk at ICC UK Winter Trade Finance Conference 2011

Professor Nelson Enonchong of No5 Chambers is due to talk at the ICC UK Winter Trade Finance Conference 2011, taking place in London on 12th December.
 
He will talk about "The independence principle and Letter of Credit" as part of the one day conference, organised by the International Chamber of Commerce which will provide a comprehensive review of key issues in trade transactions.
 
Professor Enonchong, who is a Professor of Law at the University of Birmingham, will discuss hot topics, such as Parameters, Limitations / Exceptions, Difference between L/Cs and other instruments, and whether the independence principle has been eroded.
