Philip Rule appears on BBC Breakfast TV to discuss appeal

No5 Barristers’ Chambers’ Philip Rule appeared on BBC Breakfast on Friday 5th January to discuss the legal aspects of the Court of Appeal’s decision to quash a rape conviction in an appeal in which Philip was instructed by the appellant.

Philip Rule was named Legal Aid Barrister of the Year 2017 and is a barrister specialising in criminal law and public law.
