Gerry Bermingham, member of the No5 Criminal Law Group, appeared on BBC Hereford and Worcester this morning to discuss the Ocsar Pistorius sentencing.

Howard Bentham, co-presenter of the Howard and Toni at Breakfast show, asks about the differences between legal systems in different countries, what the equivalent of his sentence is in an English court, and if 10 months in prison would have an impact on a criminal.
