The Midlands Asian Lawyers Association held their 8th Annual Ball on Friday 18th October and No5 Chambers were one of the sponsors as well taking 8 tables on the night.

The black tie event was held at Athena in Leicester and included a 3 course Indian meal, and entertainment was in the form of Asian and English music. There were 600 attendees, including Guest of Honour Imran Khan, who was Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year 2012 for Outstanding Achievement.

The event fundraises for the charity Restorative Justice Initiative and to support the fight against cuts to legal aid.
