Paedophile twin convicted of raping six-year-old girl - but brother cleared of sexually abusing same child

A paedophile twin has been convicted of raping a six-year-old girl more than 30 years ago.
But Thomas Parker’s brother Kenneth was cleared of sexually abusing the same girl as he was in prison at the time.
