No5 Barristers in Sparkhill murder trial

Fri, 10 Jul 2015

Two Polish men, Krzysztof Rosinke, 28, and Marcin Gmaj, 28, have been cleared of murder charges.

The were accused of beating Andrezej Szyskzka in the early hours of September 25 last year. A jury at Birmingham Crown Court heard that his body was found in a stairwell by another resident.

The pair had denied the charges, which were dropped after no further evidence was offered against them.
