No5 Barristers Appointed to Assist in Thames Tunnel Tideway Project

No5 Chambers is extremely pleased to announce that 3 members of chambers, Martin Kingston QC, Ian Dove QC and Celina Colquhoun, have all been appointed by the Planning Inspectorate under s.101 of the Planning Act, to provide legal advice and assistance to the examining authority appointed to examine the Thames Tunnel Tideway application for development consent. This is the first such appointment made under the Planning Act 2008.

The appointment was announced at the Preliminary Meeting today, 12th September, which was held at the Barbican Hall in London, with formal notification to follow. In accordance with this appointment Celina Colquhoun was in attendance at the preliminary meeting.
