Michael Duck QC prosecutes in the case where two ringleaders of a large scale drugs operation each gained by about £1 million from the enterprise
In Court, confiscation orders were imposed on the two men following extensive proceeds of crime investigations.
Mr Michael Duck, applied for the second hand car business to put in the hands of a receiver to be able to trace the cars.
