Michael Duck QC, of No5 Barristers’ Chambers, is leading the prosecution in a murder trial following the death of a schoolboy.

Ozell Pemberton, a former pupil at Greenwood Academy in Castle Vale, was fatally knifed outside McDonald's in Sutton Coldfield in May this year following an earlier incident between two groups of youths.

Two people are accused of killing the 16-year-old in a street stabbing. Both Oscar Ingram, 21, of Banners Grove, Erdington and a 17-year-old, who cannot be identified, have denied a charge of murder.

The case is being heard at Birmingham Crown Court, where the trial continues.
