Michael Duck QC appointed as Recorder in the Northern Circuit

No5 Chambers are delighted to announce that Michael Duck QC has been appointed as Recorder in the Northern Circuit.

Michael Duck QC was called to the bar in in 1988 and appointed Silk in 2011. Michael is part of the Crime, Criminal Fraud and Proceeds of Crime, International Arbitration and Trade, Misconduct and Compliance and Regulatory and Licensing Groups at No5 Chambers.

The Queen has appointed 99 Recorders on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd. This appointment took effect as of Monday 11th January 2016.
