Mark Heywood QC defends in domestic shooting case

Joseph Gray from Stafford is in court today where he has pleaded guilty to manslaughter following the death of his mother, in which Mark Heywood QC defends.

Mrs Gray was discovered at her home in Oxford Gardens in the early morning of October 27th 2011. Her body was discovered by a neighbour at the foot of the stairs by a neighbour after one of her child minding customers arrived at the house but received no answer.
