Mark Anderson QC and Yasmin Yasseri of No 5’s Commercial and Chancery team have been successful in the Court of Appeal in an important case on employer/employee restrictive covenants. On 5th March the Court of Appeal announced that an appeal against that decision would be dismissed, with reasons to follow later. Watch this space!
