New book, Challenging and Defending Local Authority Child Care Decisions has been released this April by Jordan Publishing. The book has been co-authored  by Jeremy Weston QC and Elizabeth Isaacs QC, together with Lorna Meyer QC and Carmel Shepherd. The book addresses the ways in which childcare practitioners approach the decisions made by local authorities on behalf of children.
