Jas Mann Defends in Tipton Murder Brawl Case

A murderer who stamped on his victim’s head as he lay unconscious during a pub brawl in Tipton has been jailed for at least 14 years.

Police described the level of violence used in the attack as ‘grotesque and unjustifiable’.
