No5 Barrister, Gordon Wignall, will be speaking at an event that the British Institute of International and Comparative Law are holding on the 8th December 2014, which is being chaired by Mr. Justice Dove.

The event will examine the phenomenon of collective redress and mass claims in the environmental sphere, from English, comparative and international law perspectives.
