Ian Bridge successfully defends at Sheffield Crown Court

Ian Bridge successfully defends a commercial driver facing trial on indictment for the offence of causing death by careless driving at Sheffield Crown Court.

Tragically the Defendant accidentally killed a colleague whilst manoeuvring his tipper truck in 2019. The case turned on mirror use and the blind spots which surround such vehicles.

Ian has defended in 200 similar cases in recent years often also appearing at inquests instructed by specialist solicitors. Previous cases have involved medical, mechanical and driving defences.
