Fri, 05 Oct 2012

Kevin Leigh, barrister at No 5 chambers, is appearing as special guest speaker at a free half day seminar hosted by Landscape Planning on Tuesday 23rd October.

The purpose of the seminar is to bring together property developers, planners, consultants and other property professionals to discuss planning related environmental issues that affect the viability and timescale of a residential development.

The panel of experts will consider; examples where developers have taken a wrong approach, and the impact this has had on their development appraisal and timescale; how Landscape Planning's professional advice has been followed and the benefits this has achieved; how acting early can avoid costly mistakes, and also a legal view point.

Kevin Leigh will give a presentation about the legal view on planning and environmental issues, and also deal with any questions raised by delegates.

The Seminar will be hosted on Tuesday 23rd October at The Best Western Hotel, Marks Tey, Colchester. The running time is 09.00 - 13.30. To reserve a place, please contact Aryn Clarke on 01206 752539 or email aryn.clarke@landscapeplanning.co.uk
