Helen Arthur and Adreeja Chatterjee Appointed as Recorders

No5 are delighted to announce that Helen Arthur and Adreeja Chatterjee have been appointed by the Queen as Recorders on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. Helen Arthur is a  member of the Family Group. Adreeja Chatterjee is a member of the Family Group and leads the Court of Protection Group at No5. Both have been deployed to sit on the Midland Circuit sitting in Family where their appointments will take effect from 26 January 2022.

CEO and Director of Clerking Tony McDaid said: "We are proud of their achievements as both are outstanding talents and possess the skills perfectly suited to sitting".
