Harpreet Sandhu Prosecutes Sutton Park Flasher

A serial flasher has been banned from Birmingham’s biggest park for exposing himself to women – and filming their horrified reaction.

The 25-year-old, who also performed lewd acts, was banned from the park for five years after he admitted five charges of indecent exposure.

Harpreet Sandhu, prosecuting, said he first struck on March 9, when a woman parking her car saw Curley emerging from woodland. He asked for the time and, when she looked up, saw he had exposed himself. “She saw in his right hand he held a mobile phone,” Mr Sandhu said. “He appeared to be either videoing or taking a photo of her.”
