Emma Edhem, Barrister at No 5 Chambers, was received by the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Speaker of the House, Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on Monday the 12th of May 2014 for high level talks.
