Birmingham security boss and former business partner cleared of blackmail

A FORMER security firm boss has been cleared of blackmail – and said the case should never have come to court.

Ken Norville, 41, and ex-business partner Dean Wale were accused of threatening builder John Rawlings over a £130,000 debt.

The two men were charged with blackmail but were cleared at Hereford Crown Court on Tuesday.
