Cringleford Neighbourhood Development Plan approved by referendum

Tim Jones was the examiner for the Cringleford Neighbourhood Development Plan, and he recommended that the plan should proceed to referendum.

A referendum was held on Friday 24th January 2014 to decide on whether South Norfolk District Council should use the Neighbourhood Plan for Cringleford to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area.

The development plan was approved with an overwhelming majority: 741 people voted in favour and 57 people voted against.
