COVID-19 update from the Family Group

Fri, 20 Mar 2020

In light of the National Guidance for the Family Court regarding Covid-19, we wanted to write to you to inform you of the services that we are able to offer in these uncertain times.

The Family Group at No5 understand these are very difficult and trying times not only for yourselves but also for your clients with the uncertainty of the possibility for court closures across the country. With all this in mind we want to let you know that there are still alternative means in trying to obtain the best and quickest result for your clients. We offer not only experienced counsel who conduct Private FDRs on a regular basis, but also qualified mediators and both Children and Financial Arbitrators.

Please do not hesitate to contact Adam Wadley, Practice Director, if you wish to discuss any of our available services.
